IKP Group

Buoyed by the positive response and steady progress of IKP Knowledge Park, the IKP Trust was formed in 2007 to provide future direction and propel growth. IKP Trust holds 81.9% equity in IKP. The IKP Group consists of IKP Trust as the holding Trust and IKP Knowledge Park, IKP Investment Management Company (IKPIMC), IKP Centre for Technologies in Public Health (ICTPH) and IKP Centre for Advancement in Agricultural Practice (ICAAP) as subsidiaries.

 

ICTPH

ICTPH aims at improving the health of the poor by focusing on the design, development and delivery of innovative solutions in health care. ICTPH is currently setting up a low cost rural healthcare delivery model through nurse practitioners and back-end doctors in Thanjavur District of Tamil Nadu.

ICAAP

ICAAP in partnership with the International Food Policy Research institute (IFPRI) aims at improving agricultural practices that impact agricultural productivity levels and open new markets for the farmer by leveraging the knowledge available at research laboratories around the world and facilitating knowledge and experience sharing. The first project is being piloted in Thanjavur and Thiruvarur districts, Tamil Nadu.

IKPIMC

IKPIMC is the fund manager of the India Innovation Fund, a Rs. 100 crore early stage Venture Fund set up to promote product innovation in Indian start-ups in life sciences, information technology and automotive infotronics.
